These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Task Forward's website, staffing and agency services, and Task Forward CRM (together, the "Services"), provided by Task Forward ("Task Forward," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to visitors of our website, Clients who engage Task Forward for staffing or agency services, Talent who work with or apply through Task Forward, and organizations and their users who subscribe to Task Forward CRM.
Task Forward CRM is a multi-tenant software product: each subscribing organization ("Subscriber") manages its own contacts, invoices, calendars, and connected accounts within its own workspace. Subscribers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for what they do with the tool, including any communications sent, invoices issued, or payments collected through their connected accounts.
Where a Subscriber connects an external account, such as Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Calendly, or a payment provider, that connection is made by and belongs to the Subscriber. Task Forward never routes a Subscriber's client payments into Task Forward's own accounts; connected payment providers settle directly to the Subscriber's own merchant account.
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, send unsolicited communications (spam), interfere with the security or operation of the Services, or attempt to access another Subscriber's workspace or data without authorization.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the email below if you suspect unauthorized access.
Fees for Task Forward CRM subscriptions and for staffing/agency engagements are set out separately in your order form, invoice, or subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Task Forward and its licensors retain all rights to the Services, including the Task Forward CRM software, website, and branding. You retain ownership of the data you enter into Task Forward CRM ("Your Data"); you grant us only the rights needed to host, process, and display Your Data in order to provide the Services to you.
Task Forward CRM can connect to third-party services you choose (Google, Outlook, Calendly, Stripe, PayMongo, PayPal, and similar). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Task Forward isn't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or acts or omissions. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Task Forward will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as needed to protect the Services or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll provide a more prominent notice.
