Task Forward ("Task Forward," "we," "us," or "our") provides staffing, agency services, and software products, including Task Forward CRM, to businesses ("Clients") and works with independent professionals ("Talent"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, across our website, our CRM product, and any accounts you choose to connect to them.
Information you give us directly. Your name, email, phone number, company details, and messages when you fill out a form, book a call, apply for a role, or use Task Forward CRM.
Information collected automatically. Standard analytics data (pages visited, browser/device type, approximate location from IP address) when you use our website or product.
Information from connected third-party accounts. If you choose to connect an external account (for example, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Calendly, or a payment provider) to Task Forward CRM, we access only the specific data needed to provide that feature, described in detail in Section 2 below.
Task Forward CRM lets a business connect their own Google Calendar so that their booking pages stay accurate. If you connect Google Calendar:
The same principles apply to Outlook Calendar and Calendly connections as those integrations become available: access is limited to what's needed for calendar-availability syncing, is never sold or used for advertising, and can be disconnected at any time.
Task Forward's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If a Task Forward CRM subscriber connects a payment provider (such as Stripe, PayMongo, or PayPal) to accept payments from their own clients, we never see or store raw card numbers or bank details. Those are handled directly by the payment provider under their own security standards. We store only the connection status and the transaction records needed for reporting.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, process payments, personalize your experience, comply with legal obligations, and keep our systems secure. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, calendar sync), as required by law, or with your consent. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us below.
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional data uses (like a connected calendar). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of stored credentials and access tokens, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using practices appropriate to its sensitivity.
Task Forward operates in the Philippines and serves clients in the United States and elsewhere. Your information may be processed in a country other than the one where you're located, with safeguards appropriate to that transfer.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll provide a more prominent notice.
