It started with helping business owners. It grew into something we could build together.
Before Task Forward became a company, it started with Jennifer working directly with business owners: helping with everyday responsibilities, learning how their businesses operated, and earning their trust along the way.
With 10 years of experience across customer service, business support, and remote work, Jennifer has helped more than 25 business owners across the United States. Many of those early relationships took root in Oklahoma, where trust grew through working together and personal referrals.
As those relationships grew, so did her vision. Jennifer wanted to build a team that could bring the same care and commitment to more businesses, while creating opportunities for other Filipino professionals to share their skills.
Today, Task Forward brings that vision to life through a team supporting clients with administrative work, customer communication, social media, design, website development, and more. We take time to understand what each business needs and help put the right people and support in place.
