Most business owners don’t delegate too little because they don’t trust anyone. They delegate too little because they’ve never actually written down what’s eating their week.
Start there. For one week, jot down every task that takes more than ten minutes. At the end of the week, sort the list into three piles: things only you can do, things you’re doing out of habit, and things you’re doing because no one else has been trained to.
That third pile is where to start.
